Purchased dispenser in August and it doesn't keep the batteries. We've purchased batteries 4 times already. We only use the facility once a week on Sunday for Church. The last time we put new batteries in the product, my husband disable the batteries to see if it would keep longer, to our avail it did not. I'm very disappointed with this item.

I own this Gojo dispenser and ordered the Staples brand soap (foam) refill. It does not work. My Gojo says use gray collar soap. When I ordered Staples soap (foam) item shows gray collar, but when I received product collar came brown. Does this make a diffrenece? Am I doing something wrong?
