We use this dispenser in a retail sotre bathroom, and it's excellent. It's study, fits the paper towels perfectly and looks both minimalistic and professional.

We installed the dispenser in our closet-size office kitchenette. Before the installation we had kept our paper towels sitting on the small counter in a pile robbing valuable real estate. Installation was a breeze, although it was a little cumbersome at first figuring out how to hold the dispenser and mark the wall where the holes were to be with the cover open and hanging down. I decided to drive a small nail into the wall and then temporarily hang the dispenser from it with the door open. I then checked the balance with a level, made adjustments and held the dispenser tight to the wall while marking the wall where the holes were to be drilled. Once that was done, the rest was a breeze. Now the paper towels are out of harm's way (i.e. away from the water until they need to be in "harm's way") and easily accessible on the wall. Great product.

I placed in my basement bath. Looks good and eliminates germ sharing with cloth towels. I have nothing bad to say about this product. I will be purchasing another for my garage.

I use it in my kitchen, no more towel rolls on the counter, unrolling more than I need. Appealing to the eye, out of the way. Slim enough not to be in the way.
