I really love this product, and have been searching all over for it, to replace my used cans. I am so glad that Staples carries it!!. I am not sure why the other customers rated it so low. I have never had any problems with it. I am a person with fragrance allergies, and this is the #1 best air sanitizer product that I have ever found. There is no heavy perfumey scent to deal with. It eliminate odors instead of covering them up. Just as simple as that. You just get left with clean air after using this product, and that is what an air sanitizer should do.

I ordered this for the first time for my home, and 3 seperate businesses.The coupon offer gave me the incentive to try this. I like it, although I am greatly dissapointed with the sales rep I had on phone for this order. She was slow, no help at all. I wanted 4 glades and I would have gotton 4 free. I received only 4 all together. And she did'nt add my free gift as I requested.

It takes at least two hands to make this spray work, which is ridiculous, perhaps it's a poor design? WHEN you can get it to spray, though, it's quite effective.
