I bought this chair about 3 years ago. It has been a very comfortable chair. The mesh portion of the seat back separated from the leather and the left arm rest had a tear. I called the 800 number on the bottom of the chair to find out if I could buy new replacement parts. [...] No hassles. If you can't afford this chair, make sure that you buy a Global Industries chair. They have the best, no hassle warranty in the business.
