Seat 'just meets' my needs...

Seat height adjustment does not go low enough to fit my thighs under a standard table with a 3" thick frame edge. I need the seat height to do my crafts or keyboard comfortably at any table surface. I must have a foot rest on my chair. Being petite in height, reaching the floor with my feet is impossible in most chairs with pneumatic lifts. The foot rest ring on this chair can be raised up whenever the seat is lifted higher. Sitting for long periods of time is uncomfortable because the seat pan doesn't conform well enough to my small size and the back rest doesn't adjust low enough for lumbar support. I can fix this issue with a thick pillow on the seat, back rest at its lowest. I prefer armless chairs to avoid them interfering with getting closer to the edge of a table. Thus, my chair choices were limited. Regular desk chairs do not raise high enough to fit most desks for me to sit at or a table would need to be less than 28 inches high. My last option was to buy a keyboard shelf to adjust to any table/desk surface, but few are 60 inches wide as my table, to accommodate my reading materials as well as computer mouse, keyboard, etc. This chair works with my situation for a minimal cost and with little customization to the rest of my work environment. Best fit would be a custom chair made just for ME!

Seems well constructed and comfortable. Needed as a higher chair/stool for use at a computer terminal/shipping desk. Although a raised counter, this is a place where someone will sit for most of the day, similar to an office desk. This chair seems to fit the bill and based on initial use looks to be comfortable for long-term use.
