my wife has a bad back and loves this chair. i'm over 250 lbs. and that's the weight rateing.
it goes together with no tools and once set up I adjusted it a couple times and wha-lah i'm set for several years.
I been buying cheap chairs but buy no means was this expensive. for slightly more than a cheap chair I got a quality chair.

This Chair was easy to assemble and feels very solid. The Wheels roll easily and are quiet. Also, I have back trouble and feel like it gives me really good support for long hours of work at my computer. This was a budget purchase but I'm very satisfied with the quality of this product.
