A good chair overall (that's why I bought two). Only gripe is its a little light on the padding and I'm a little heavy so I compressed the padding pretty quickly where I can see bumps from screws holding the seat to the leg assembly.

Decent value, but not quite professional

We bought several of these chairs to use for our primary care-givers offices. (We are a health care provider) The chairs were meant to look professional and provide daily use for our providers. Instead they will be used in the conference room in-lieu of daily use. They are very firm and somewhat uncomfortable, so they will keep meeting attendee's awake! There is not much padding and their "tilt" feature is lacking at best.

If you want high quality look and feel these chairs are probably not for you. If you want nice genuine leather chairs for inexpensive prices for occaisonal use, these are probably what you are looking for.

The chair is very flat (no luster) and the seat material is already buckling (less than 2-months old-I weigh 160 lbs) I guess for the price is an Ok choice however I would probably do a little more research and maybe spend a few dollars more to get a more comfortable-attractive chair

I had previously given these chairs a 4-star rating, but have now changed my mind. Have only used one chair less than 3 months and the leather seam in the seat is ripped away from the seam. The leather is actually torn. I thought it was good buy, so I bought 2 but have only used one--the other one is still in the box.
I would not recomend this chair to anyone.

The seat has split, the leather is "wearing off" and the arm broke. I have contacted Global and they are sending a replacement seat and arm. They take exception to the fact that the chair is advertised as "top grain cowhide" on your website. She called it "mock-leather"
I believe your description of the product to be misleading and after reading the 17 reviews on your site it seems I am not the only dissatisfied purchaser of this chair. Why not find a quality chair to offer your customers and ditch this one!
