This is a great addition for the Kindle Fire. Sound is good and the bass and treble can only be adjusted with the provided remote. The only downside to this product is that it does not come with a battery and Staples does not carry it. I had to contact Grace Digital in California to order the battery and it costs $40. It took about a week to arrive. But now with the rechargeable battery I can take it anywhere. Grace Digital said the battery holds approximately 12 hours of charge. If you buy this be prepared to buy the battery which makes it portable to go anywhere.
