I would give the HON 510 series a B rating.
This file cabinet is not the best, but is made much better than many other file cabinet models on the market(made in USA as well).
There is no sliding divider in the drawers, just a wire divider.
Cabinet is good for light to moderate duty use.
I think the HON 310 series is a little better made.

  It does have a lock and the hanging files I got for it fit nicely on the sides - not a metal add on. The files have like bookends which can be adjusted about every 1 1/2 inches.
