This is the top of the line that one can find at places like Staples and Office Depot and the construction is a good step above the next lower grade. Unfortunately it has one major flaw and that is that the drawers are not removable - HON really screwed up on this one. Doesn't sound like much, but if you ever have to move it up or down stairs or from one building to another you will have to completely unload the drawers rather than simply removing them. For that reason I returned it. The next lower grade is only $20 less but it is a piece of junk so I went to a store that sells used office furniture and found what I wanted for half the price.

ID tabs should be given for the drawers. I had to scotch tape the bottom to prevent tabs from falling through and it looks sloppy.

I am extremely disappointed. I purchased this filing cabinet because of the spring loaded backs that hold files in place. I recieved it today and it came with only adjustable wires that are not easy to use. I would have never purchased this cabinet if I would have known that it was going to come without spring loaded backs. I could have saved $30 and got the one with the plastic adjusters. [...]
