I searched for a file cabinet that was durable and reasonably priced. I was surprised to discover that HON file cabinets are made in the USA (I didn't think anything was anymore).

This file cabinet (4-drawer) is solid, with great drawers. The sliding size adjuster in the drawer is not flimsy or faulty, but solid, so your files won't end up in the bottom of the drawer. Also, the lock works well.

This cabinet was purchased to house a full drawers of files. The drawers do not shut without that extra push at closing to ensure they latch. The drawers are slightly tweeked so that they do not close as they should. The holder bar inside was worthless. Had to saw it out. It would not move at all.
