I print a lot of photos & need good, quality ink with large capacity. However, the price needs to be reduced some as I am retired on a low-fixed income & sometimes cannot afford ink because of the prohibitive price. Perhaps you could offer "senior" discounts. I do most of my office supply shopping at Staples and have had a positive experience recently in getting my printer repaired. Thanks.

The photosmart printer is a very non-robust design e.g. today my print spool is locked up - had to down load a new driver, wouldn't print a microsoft publisher document - had to recreate it in PowerPoint to get it printed and a few moments ago it had a paper jam -- this is not an untypical day! The price of the one color ink cartridge is atrotious. At half the price they would be expensive.

Warranty has expired but this is my fourth unit received from HP under warranty -- at least this model works most of the time or at least I can do something to get it to work.
