I am a Realtor and I use my HP LaserJet 6P printer (that takes this cartridge) every day. The cartridge that used to cost [$] now costs [$]. Ouch! My printer is wearing out so eventually I'll find another black laser printer with (hopefully)a less expensive cartridge. No real complaints though. When the print starts to fade, remove the cartridge from the printer and turn it over several times and return it to the printer. You get several hundred more copies out of it! I usually do this twice before I need to replace the cartridge.

I had purchased this several times from Staples without a problem, however on this last purchase, even though the carton was closed, the toner cartridge had been used. The black bag it comes in was resealed and the toner itself was all over the inside of the bag. The first use strip which has to be removed before the initial installation was already removed. When I reported this to your Customer Service Dept, I was told there was nothing they could do. How did they know that I wasn't the one that removed the strip.

    It's so much better than getting a refurbished toner. Lasts a lot longer. I stopped getting refurbished ones because I was replacing them more frequently and the print quality was not as good. HP makes good printers that last. Mine is a workhorse that I've had for almost 15 years. And the only thing I need to replace is the toner every few years, depending on how much printing I do. :)
