I see a lot of non-name brand compatible toner cartridges or remanufactured ones that are much less expensive options than the HP original. What do you give up for the price differential?

  Remanufactured cartridges and toner have the exact same print yield and quality as a new toner of the brand name. There is nothing lost in the price difference.

I was reading the reviews and am a little confused on this product. I thought this was the cartridge we needed for the micr printer but one of the reviews made me question this. Also, someone told me the micr printer has a 2 part cartridge. Since this will be the first time ordering and changing the cartridge, I want to be sure to order the correct item. Can you tell me what I need for the HP LaserJet 6MP? Thanks
