Q: Is the ink cartridge larger in this package than if I were to just buy HP 110 ink alone? According to the specs for HP Photosmart A646 one 110 ink cartridge is only good for 15 4"x6" photo prints...which would mean that I'd need to buy 7 more 110 cartridges to use all the paper in this package. But we have purchased some of the standalone 110 ink units and they do not last as long as the cartridge in the value pack (more like 50 or so pictures if I recall correctly); whereas the value pack ink cartridge usually lasts well over 100 pictures provided you aren't printing lots of things dominated by one color which will cause an unbalanced use of the inks in the cartridge.
