i have been a faithful staples client for many years. so when i see an advertisement about HP cartridge...i scoup them up... when i call the toll free number to make sure what i read i was told that was not what is precieved. of course i was upset because i needed all 4 cartridges...so for the first time i found a company on line selling the factory NEW cartridges as staples....at an huge discount.....almost 40% per cartridge....so i am not starting to buy all of my cartridges from them....for all of my printers and or copy machines.... i also sent every agent in my hierarchy this information.....for their HP, Brother, Cannon.....etc machines.
i like doing business with staples but cost is so important....and a more defined advertisement would be much more customer friendly.

I appreciate being able to print with a color laser printer in my home. I like the quality of the toner's color. I love the ease of changing the cartridges, but I print about two hundred pages a month and seem to have to replace the cartridges every two months. I thought it should last longer than that. I also wish that I could change the quality of the print with the printer that uses this cartridge. This might help the cartridges to last a little longer for me. Overall, this is a good cartridge for this printer.

I love the look of professional finish for my documents. The colors are true in most cases. Only the photos some time are a little dark when it comes to pictures of some African American people. What I love the most is that the color does not fade if in damp weather. The life time of the cartridges are good but the cost so much, but it is worth the price for the product it produces. My church programs look as if they were from a professional printer. The speed of the CM1415fnw color MFP is the best. I love it!

My HP color laser printer is the workhorse of my home office. I am a writer as well as a career counselor. I teach workshops and seminars. Everything I do involves the printed word, as well as a lot of collateral materials (you know, handouts and all that). I wish the black toner cartridge were twice or three times the size of the cyan, magenta and yellow cartridges, but alas it is not, so I replace the black cartridge much more frequently than the other three colors. That said, the imagery is excellent. Copies are clean and crisp. AND, Staples' prices for toner are the best anywhere.
