Some cartridges do not last as long as they state they will, but when this has happened, I have always called HP and they have replaced the cartridge.

I have been using the product since I got my hp printer compared to other ink cartridges it is easy to use and install> i just wish they would last a little longer> i print out alot of permission slips and such for boy scouts. but I still think the price is right.
