It's a question of value!

Good quality but no better than other printer/cartridge combos. Other secondary suppliers offering "XP" replacements wherein the same cartridge is 'filled' with ink, giving three times the ink supply but only twice the price (or less.)
If the empty cartridge has a street value of $2-3 then the cost of the ink seems high. We use refilled cartridges with every fifth one being an OEM one with good results.
Our recent purchase of an HP Lasar printer will probably replace all ink cartridges within the next 6 months. Thanks to HP for supporting a good quality printing system for years, but progress moves on!
