I have never had a problem with any ink cartridges received from Staples. Also with the Ink drop program, as soon as i use up 2 or 3 i stick them in the supplied envelope, mail them out postage paid, and within a week, i have replacements. Love it!

Ink cartridges are quite tiny and not available except HP brand.
At the moment, I have 2 HP printers. In the future, if HP continues to manufacture printers with tiny ink capacity and/or that can be used only with HP brand ink cartridges, I will seriously consider buying a different brand of printer.

We have been using these cartridges for years. We like the HP 27 Black Ink Cartridge very much. We have also used the HP Tri-color Cartiridge. This one words well also. The program at Staples where you can recycle the old cartridges and receive credit to buy new cartiridges works very well for our business. We would just like to see the overall cost for the cartridges come down quite a bit. We feel the quality of the cartridges is excellent. We just would like the overall cost to go down on these items. Thanks.

I have bought this product for many years! They are somewhat expensive but worth it. Good quality, easy to change cartridge in my older HP office jet. Employees always friendly and ask if they can help me find my item, but after so many years of buying this at the same Staples store, I know where to look and where to find this item. Would recommend this item to everyone if they have a machine that takes this particular cartridge. I also buy the #22 color cartridge many times a year. That is great also!
