Love the print, yield is low

The printing is beautiful but I was a little disappointed in the amount of yield received from this cartridge. I hope the next cartridge give a better yield than the last one.

We chose the free ship-to-store option. The toner cartridge took 5 days to arrive...3 days longer than its projected arrival date.

We went to the store in person because we were frustrated that it did not reflect online that it was there and when we called the store, employees did not know anything about it's status. The product was there at the store but they did not know when or how it was received. The store did not receive the product into inventory until the day after we picked up the product at the store because that is when the notification email arrived that my order was available at the store.

We cannot rely on Staples for business necessities.

Have to buy to replace. It is a way HP gets you back when you buy one of their printers. A Staples recharged product would be a good option, if ever available.

toner runs out fast

HP should give away the printers for free because they must make a ton of money on the toner. It runs out way too fast. The black prints very crisp but at a high cost.
