I wanted a fax that would feed multiple pages without assistance. The product box and literature said it feeds 20 pages. But when I tried to feed 20 it jammed. So a more accurate description is 1-15 pages.

Use in a small home office. Takes a small footprint on your desk. This is the only model that transmits and receives at 33.3 bps. Most others in the same price range transmit at 14.4 bps or 9 bps. A great buy for the money.

i send a lot of faxes , and this unit since purchasing it day one has been a problem .
some go thru with no problem , while some hang up and won't go thru at all . you don't know how many times i wanted to throw it against the wall .
although we purchased it through staples and it is fairly new , i am looking for another one .
