Annoyed and disappointed

I went to ------- to buy a store brand replacement printer cartridge and I was told that their brand was no longer available because HP gave them the ultimatum to remove the store brand or HP would pull their product from the store. The store did what was required and pulled their brand off the shelf, so I was forced to buy HP. When I tried to print something a week later, it would'nt work, so I had to stop what I was doing and drive back into town to replace it. When you buy a cartidge, you expect it to work, especially when it's a name brand and it sets you back [$]!! I live in a rural area, and having to travel back into town to replace it was an uneccessary gas expense and waste of my time. When my printer dies, I will probably buy a printer that can use another brand(s) of cartridge because I don't think much of the way you do business.
