Cartridge was purchased with donated funds to support a Peace Corps project in the West Indies. After shipping costs, this product was a huge letdown. Very disappointing. Would appreciate a replacement or refund....Read complete review

Cartridge still has a long way to go after "low toner-replace" shows up. Shake carefully side to side and toner will continue to work for several hundred additionsl copies.

I have a big racing stripe down every print. And it's too expensive to replace so I use it for prints that dont have to go out of the office. Very disappointing.
