It has been suggested to me to buy a laser printer just for b & w which would be more economical. The number of pages from one color cartridge listed is laughable. I have even returned color cartridges thinking there was a fault in manufacturing and been told no manufacturing fault existed. One can almost buy a new inexpensive printer, which comes with ink cartridges, for the cost of black and color cartridges. Rarely do I spend less than $100 when buying ink and it is quite frequent!

No hassel product that produces sharp, defined printing. I like not having to refill the ink and getting messy in the process as well, and I have never had a problem with these cartridges. They always provide plenty of ink for many copies. Buying in this combo package gives a little savings rather than buying each individual cartridge. Nice that Staples provides a little money back on exchanges of the old cartridges, and from time to time they give rebates on these as well. All around it is one of my favorite Staples products.
