I don't print that much, so I get very upset when the color ink runs out so fast. I could almost buy a new printer instead of ink. I just don't understand why the ink costs so much, compared to the printers.

So,I buy your machines,(I purchased 2) Now I'm stuck with having to buy your high priced ink. The printer is useless if and when 1 of the 5 ink cartridges go empty. Oh well, I guess that's life. Live and Learn. We like HP products, but this 564 ink sucks. These two new printers are the 5th & 6th HP printers we have purchased over the last 10 years. Will they be the last?

By the time you perform the utility to align cartridges, I literally received the low ink warning. I couldn't believe it! This happened two different times at replacement. This is like flushing your $ down the toilet. I will donate this printer to a non-profit and buy something with a longer cartridge life.
