I am not getting the color it should be producing... it looks as if it is almost out of color. And yes, I did remove the tape on the cartridge.

Expensive to replace this color cartridge but it's necessary as it's the only one that will fit my HP Printer. Find that buying the larger capacity cartridge DOES help in defraying some of the cost as it lasts longer.
