The printhead worked for one day and tore again for printer L7680. The store doesn't carry it on-hand so we ended up buying a new printer because we had to keep the business running and couldn't wait for an exchange or internet order again. don't waste your time or money on the printhead just get the newer printer it's so much better. We tried to exchange it but that model was updated. Now we know why.

The first printhead failed immediately, and this second one only allowed the machine to align before it failed. HP was no help. I donated the machine to someone with more patience and bought a different manufacturer's multi-function with great results. [...]
