Due to the fact that I was in the middle of payroll when the printheads stopped working, I was a little perturbed to find out that they had to be ordered and wouldn't be in until the next day. The store cannot keep these item in stock but must be ordered. Needless to say I had to write payroll checks by hand...very inconvenient.

Great machine when the ink is full. Ran out of ink in the printheads in 2 months. About 300 copies and most of them in black. If you have proof that they are new then call HP for warrenty help. Date is on cartridge. Expect 1 1/2 hrs on phone to get replacements.
