I have noticed that HP is no longer making the printer or an new printer using the HP-88 ink. I am a little disappointed with that we have had our printer almost 3 1/2 years and love it! The images are of our June Newsletter. I use a lot of yellow and black ink.

I purchased the cartridge two weeks ago. The HP diagnostic software indicated that it was out of ink even though the panel on the printer indicated that it was full. Because the software thought it was an empty, it would not let the printer print. I called Staples - they told me to call HP. HP couldn't troubleshoot it and told me to buy another or replace the printer. Thanks HP -always looking out for the customer. The HP website that provides part support doesn't work properly, etc... Time to look at Epsons, IBMs or other brands.

I would like to know if this color XL cartridge is the same size as the black XL cartridge. If so, can all the XL color and black cartridges fit at the same time? I don't see how but... I guess it can since the ink is sold. I have the HP Office Jet Pro 7780 the website says it is compatible.
