MULTIPAK IS GREAT!

I write thumbnail sketches about the new books in our retirement home library for our monthly newsletter.

For residents here at Rosemont Presbyterian Village, I print out a brief history of our historic building (the Beau Pre estate of Robert Cassatt who was the American Impressionist painter, Mary Cassatt's nephew) including old photos and prints of Mary Cassatt's work. The color representation is always very good.

Easy enough to install, used by Mac and PC computers, bluetooth is great, but feel that the print output could be improved. I was lured by the price and the fact that it does everything, Fax, scan, print, copy. The price was great. When removing the paper, the print occasionally smudges. The black ink tends to run out faster then the tri-color. I particularly love the fact that I can make a color copy or just a plain black & white copy.

I don't know if it's the printer (which is brand new) or the cartridge but I keep getting an error saying something is wrong with my color cartridge! I then have to pop it out and back in! The location is also inconvient and hard to see! Not to me mention tricky to get popped in correctly!
