Out of all the colors I purchase this is the only one that continues to give me a issue. It will print fine for the first 20 pages or so. Then the next time i print I have to run it threw the cleaning/deep clean process to get it to work again. This process takes time and also must be done 3 or so times for the life of the cartrage. now even worse than this it takes lots of ink from the other colors! BIG HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY, PS HP COULD CARE LESS! I did send in a letter but I never heard back.

I use the product for both personal and business use. The printer was inexpensive, but the cartridge replacements are expensive. You can buy a new printer for the price of two complete ink changes. I like HP products, and I like the printer. I might have to think about substitute brands due to affordability.

When preparing presentations,we have found that the cartridge life is weak on printing photos orsome graphics.as technology progresses it would be great to see HP either increase ink output or lessen price.
