It's a necessary evil. Not very good value for the money, though. I'll be more careful about the kind of printer I buy next time. There should be a way to refill one color--instead of replacing a whole cartridge when one color runs out. Wasteful.

great vibrant colors on any of the hp photo paper but real looks nice on the plus photo paper glossy I love to take wild life photos and of the grand kids. I've never had a problem with my hp ink cartridges.

I always use HP inks. My HP printer is set up for their ink. You should always match your printer with the same brand ink. My prints are too important to take a chance with other brands. I never use third party ink.
