The printer showed I was out of this color, so I put in the replacement. Immediately it started leaking a blue powder over everything...staining the inside of my printer, and staining anything that I was trying to print.
It was a mess, and I didn't see it listed anywhere as a problem. I wasn't sure what I should to about it. I love the printer, so perhaps it was just a momentary thing, but it delayed my printing activity.

The best thing is the clean handling of the cartridge. I'm disappointed in the length of "life" of these cartridges when they are so terribly expensive. My former printer would print black even if the color cartridge (one unit for all colors) ran out -- this printer will not print at all if any one of the cartridges is empty. ALSO, the pop up note tells me I have 10 pages worth of black still available but the printer will not print. Very frustrating. I am not very happy with this printer.
