If a color runs out, the printer continues in black, ruining the copies when already printed OK on the back side. The printer should stop when ANY cartridge is empty.

"Don't judge a book by its cover"

I am extremely upset by the false information that these cartridges yield up to 2800 pages. It wasn't until I went to a business that refills cartridges that I found out that 2800 pages is based on a 1/2 inch by 8 1/2 inch block of ink which equals 5% of the page!!!! As a new business owner, I underbid a job using the numbers on the boxes and had to eat [$] worth of ink. This information should be more clear on the box that "yield equals 5% of page." This was not a very fun lesson to learn as my job was covering 100% of the page.
