Very easy to load and unload - no mess either.
Give beautiful quality copies.
The only thing I'm disappointed I thought the cartridges would last longer than they do.

"Don't judge a book by its cover"

I am extremely upset by the false information that these cartridges yield up to 2800 pages. It wasn't until I went to a business that refills cartridges that I found out that 2800 pages is based on a 1/2 inch by 8 1/2 inch block of ink which equals 5% of the page!!!! As a new business owner, I underbid a job using the numbers on the boxes and had to eat $2000 worth of ink. This information should be more clear on the box that "yield equals 5% of page." This was not a very fun lesson to learn as my job was covering 100% of the page.

the machine we have that uses this cartridge will not print if one is out of ink. hp should not charge so much for these when they make the machine itself totally dependant on a empty cartridge especially when you mainly use black.

Compared to old color laser models, CM2320 models consume so much toners, approximately 3-4 times in a year. Amazingly pricey against end users, but excellent money makers for HP?
