Called HP tech support and after 4-5 hours of HP trying to download a suitable driver, they finally admitted that a Win7 compatible driver was not available. At this point I have a not inexpensive piece of useless technology setting at my desk. Oh, and HP wanted to charge me $40.00 an hour for phone support. Win 7 has been in the works for a long while now, there is no excuse for HP not having a driver ready. Best Uses Comments about HP® Color LaserJet CP2025n Printer: I work in a small law firm that handles alot of real estate. This printer is definitely not the one you want if you will be printing out closing packages...or anything for that matter that exceeds 30 pages...especially legal sized paper. The printer jams EVERY TIME after about 2 or 3 pages have printed. This is very aggravating when you have people waiting on docs. Also, forget about printing 4 or more envelopes in a row. The manual feed tray chews those up and destroys what was a perfectly good envelope. Finally, the printer goes through a cleaning stage after several print jobs...sometimes in the middle of a print job. This printer consumes too much of my time trying to fix it when I could be working.
