          This has been a great printer for me. It replaced an HP2550n and the speed difference is amazing! I generally have not used the duplex feature with the other colored printer because it caused the printing to be even slower. With this printer, even the duplex printing is fast.

          The paper is easy to load and I have not had a paper jam to date. I have not had to change ink cartridges yet so I cannot comment on that. It appears that I will not have to anytime soon as the levels are still showing almost full even though I have done a considerable amount of printing.

          I love everything about this printer and would highly recommend it!

            The printer is easy to use, but VERY Heavy, reminds me of my old HPIII. I think the print quality and speed are amazing. One thing the owners manual forgets to mention it required a restart after all installlation of software. The printer need a restart no the computer. Once that done - smooth sailing. Good luck. I think the price was a little high, but a great product

                  Yes, envelopes can be printer from one paper tray and letterhead from the other paper tray. You just need to select the paper tray and type of media from printer properties when you print.
