The HP LaserJet printer features a color LCD screen, which allows you to take control by simply touching a few buttons. This user-friendly machine is perfect for busy offices. With its high-capacity paper trays, you can print large volumes without adding paper, and it features automatic two-sided printing, which saves money on paper costs. The printer has the ability to print on a wide variety of mediums, including letter- and legal-sized paper, envelopes, transparencies, card stock, labels, and business cards, which makes it an ideal multitask machine.

    • This printer has a monthly duty cycle of 120,000 pages, which allows you to print approximately 4,000 pages per day. Should you have any problems, the machine has a 1-year limited warranty with a next-day replacement service. It can run off a variety of operating systems, including Microsoft Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Novell NetWare, and Mac OS X 10.3 or higher.
  • Expandable
    • Fully expandable, the printer comes with 512 MB of internal RAM. This memory can be expanded up to 1024 MB of RAM, which makes it excellent for larger documents and contracts.

    • Black-and-white and color copies print at 42 pages per minute. The first page begins printing in less than 10 seconds after you push the start button, and the output tray can hold up to 500 pages.
  • Network Ready
    • The HP color LaserJet printer features built-in wired networking, which allows several computers to print from the same printer. It can be connected to a main computer through a parallel port or standard USB cable.
