Overall the product is very good with touch screen LED which is easy to use. Quality of print is above average and adequate for any small business use for both black/white as well as color printing. If you are using this to print flyers or a lot of color presentations I would suggest a faster and higher resolution printer. For day to day use which requires copying, faxing, scanning, and printing with a small business then this is the right multifunction printer.

I use this in a home office setting, and it's fine for what I do. The scanner is fast and accurate using either the glass or document feeder. The printer is loud, but the quality is excellent. The toner is expensive and doesn't seem to last as long as my LaserJet 1012 did. The networking is a great feature, either wired or wireless, and works flawlessly.

It's unfortunate that it has only a single paper tray. Kind of makes it a hassle to do envelopes or any other paper type that is not your normal selection because you have to compelely change out your paper just to do one envelope, then change it back!

It's also unfortunate that the double sided printing is manual only. It works fine, but it would be nice not to have to manually place the pages back in the paper tray after the first side is printed.

It's really the only decent color laser all-in-one on the market, and all the features work as described by the manufacturer. I would recommend this device.

This is not something I would not recommend for a commercial environment. A home or home office with a small work load is ideal for this printer.
Be careful when installing with other scanners, as it removed them from my system.

This printer supports "paper (bond, brochure, color, glossy, letterhead, photo, plain, preprinted, prepunched, recycled, rough), transparencies, labels, envelopes, cardstock" according to HP.   Auto Duplex, or auto two sided printing is not included on the HP Color CM1415FNW, but it is always possible to manually print on both sides of the page, a human needs to flip the page, and make sure the orientation is correct.
