what are the actual Width & Height dimensions of the SCREEN of this monitor? not the diagonal measurement.
this is called a "19" monitor but the specs only give the unit size: 13.7"H x 16.3"W x 2.3"D & there is clearly no 19 inch dimension. maybe im confused by monitor measurement nomenclature.

  The 19" measurement is a the length of a diagonal line drawn from one corner of the screen to the other. This is an industry standard. The actual screen dimensions of this monitor are 14.8 x 11.9 in (37.8 x 30.3 cm). the measurements you stated above include the frame or bezel that surrounds the monitor.
