        The unit I bought had some superficial scratches but was otherwise solidly contructed. There were no noticeable dents or dings, though one of the USB ports on the back was damaged.

        The setup was fairly straightforward. Once connected to the internet, numerous updates were needed to get the unit up to speed, requiring a few restarts.

        For anti-virus protection, the unit came pre-installed with Microsoft Security Essentials.

        The unit also included a Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium recovery disk (a commercially produced CD, not a burned one, in a plastic case), a USB keyboard, a USB mouse, a power cord, and a setup insert. There was no instruction manual but I really didn't need one anyway.

        Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.
