    Was without computer for a month. Thank God they came and set everything up. Sits on desk is not quiet. Find myself shutting down so we dont have to listen to fan running all the time

      The machine I received came with everything it was suppose to. But the keyboard was not HP, the mouse was also not HP, and the keyboard had a broken key. I had to enter the Windows XP product key, and the system would not accept the key.
