          Our first refurbish did not work, we did have some difficulty with the customer service, was told three different things by three different people, but eventually it was resolved. had to exchange it for a different one. If you don't have time to mess around (if need be) don't go this route, but if you can risk time to save a good deal of money and get a good product, then chance it. I would chance it again.

          Ordered Nov26 Processed Nov 27. Charged Nov.28. Arrived Dec 6 Opened Dec 7 Did not work & spent several hours on phone with vender attempting to fix whatever was wrongincluding uninstalling then re-installing software. Called Staples return on Dec8. Was told someone would be in contact. Dec 11 recieved email telling me I would receive direction for return in 3 days. Received instructions on Dec 12. Downloaded return lable and returned to local Staples for UPS pickup on Dec 12. Have called Staples return several times since. Have posted on Staples Facebook. The lable provided by Staples was the wrong address. It is now Dec 27 I have no computer. No credit to my charge card. (was told on Dec 24 that it would be expidited. Did Recieve an E-coupon today Dec 27 for $40.00 on next Staples purchase. And the computer that was returned is in UPS limbo somewhere in NJ with a tracer on it.
