    I received this product around a week ago and decided to test it before reviewing it. I have tested it and I am thoroughly satisfied with its performance and reliability.

    I will add that if you are a gamer on a budget looking for a gaming system, then this system may be for you. I have used this thing to play WoW, Team Fortress 2, Half-Life 2, and a few other games at medium to high visual settings with medium to high frames per second. Though, I warn you, this computer is not a high-end gaming system and does not run all games well.

    As far as HD videos on websites such as YouTube go, this computer can take practically anything you can throw at it.

    It also has great hard drive space and RAM, both of which are useful for various things.

    Last, but not least, Staples ships this product with a new keyboard and mouse. Though, I warn you, it comes with no monitor; you must supply your own.

            The First computer was DOA
            Shipped it back and had to call them because a week went By and no call when the replacement would arrive.
            Finally it was shipped and worked just fine.
            So far it's working

              As the person from Texas asked: Is this a 32 or 64bit W7Pro install. And, as a refurb is the buyer provided with a 32 and 64 bit install disk (i.e., to use the 64 to do a clean install). Note: I presume that the machines state when 64bit installs but not sure.
