This frame produces such an amazing picture, so crisp and clear. And the colors are so vibrant. I love it. After reading other reviews, they all seem to agree as far as the picture goes. I have not had any problems with it so far so I am a happy camper. And as far as the remote goes it does not reach extremely far, but to be honest after researching and testing out many other brands of frames, they are all about the same in that category. And most do not have a on/off button from the remote itself. The remote is more to rotate through pics or control music chosen to play. Most frames need to be turned off on the frame itself.

I KNEW I shouldn't buy an HP product, and this piece of garbage reminded me why. Bought for a Christmas gift this last month because it was on sale. Isn't it amazing how Staples is like the HP retail store. Funny how a lot of corporate pressure and marketing makes it that way, anyway. As other reviewers have stated, the clock in this unit is defective. It works for about a month, and then just dies, rending the auto on/off feature useless. I don't plan on turning it on and off manually, so back to HP (Horrible Products) it goes. Incredible how EVERYTHING this company makes is junk

I bought this model for the remote control. I am placing the frame on a book shelf that is not easily accessible. I assumed the remote control would provide ON/OFF capability. It does NOT! Why would anyone buy a TV with a remote control that doesn't turn it off and on? Remote works at a maximum distance of about three feet. There was a programmable on and off time provided but it did not function consistently. Otherwise the unit provides high quality images, the construction is solid and the design is nice. I did not take the time to check on other features (video, audio) before returning it.
