This is one of the worst buys our office has made. After a few weeks we returned it because the cover was warped so copies made from the glass were not clear. They sent us a refurbed one. Now after 5 months it won't copy from the glass. It cools after every 2 or 3 envelopes. It jams if the paper stock gets too low and frequently when doing envelopes. Sometimes it says it is jammed even when it isn't and then it is hard to convince it it that there is no jam. It also cleans & recalibrates every few pages. And now it just seems to rest every few pages. It also now takes about 10 seconds to start printing when you send a job to the printer. I hate this printer!!

Don't like touch screen. You have to press copy and they select color or black/white. Envelopes wrinkle when they pass through. The document feed tray is flimsy. The paper tray is flimsy. Would not buy another.

I was looking for an upgrade for my HP CM2320 MFP and this was my choice. It actually prints faster and physically has a smaller footprint. I use it on the network at my home-office, and print from 2 computers, 1 tablet, 1 laptop, and 2 cellphones. I had some problems installing the software (only on my Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate machine), but contacted HP and they helped me quickly and efficiently by remote connection to my computer. I am confident I made the right choice by sticking with HP.
