The product is fabulous. It is so easy to use - WHEN it arrives in good shape. The problems we have with it are all related to the bad shape the box arrives in every-other time, so we lose about 40 or 50 pages of paper due to broken box & lid, squashed corners, split open, etc. Shame on Staples for not taking more care in shipping it.

There is no warning that the sheets are loose in the box. It is packed tightly so that you cannot remove the paper easily. You will drop or spill more than you pick up.

The HP Quickpack is absolutely perfect and very quick to load into our large copier. The only drawback is I wished HP would make it in a 30% recycled paper version.
