This printer was purchased for a dental office. Within the first few months, the printer stopped working and we received error messages stating, "Print job failed to print." After several hours on the phone with customer support, we were issued another, free replacement. This printer worked well, when it worked. Although, it could never handle jobs greater than 10 pages and would seem to get confused midway and stop printing, again citing a "failure." This new printer stopped working in January - three months ago. I know the doctor will need to purchase a new one. I vehemently do not recommend this printer.

I really missed my old HP printer but this one is really nice, easy to operate and I like the display showing what it is doing and how much ink is in each cartridge.
