Purchsed for printing Special church program. [...] Installation disk flawed, HP & Staples failed to support need, supply disk or be otherwise responsible. Accessed HP and Windows upgrade sites and drivers appeared to install. Got the special programs done (at snail pace) and believe the unit has great potentials.

Our office purchased this printer to do our newsletters,big mistake. We have had the printer for just over a year now and are in the process of replacing the printheads for the 4th time. Of course HP wouldn't look at replacing the unit until the warranty was expired. We are looking for a replacement printer now, one that will be more reliable.

I have had this unit for about a year and it is still not working properly. HP replaced it once. With the eathernet connection it periodically will not print the whole page. It will cut off the top, bottom or side. (Print preview looks good). In USB there are conflicts with Microsoft Office 7 documents and they dont shutdown properly. A pop up indicates that it a known HP printer issue that they know about and the work around is to use a different default printer. Its good when it works good, however there are unsesolved issues that HP seems unwilling to resolve. (DONT BUY IT - SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF AGRIVATION)
