We love it

We are from New Jersey, and our old computer got zapped during Hurricane Sandy. We were not ready to purchase a new computer in November, a month before Christmas. We had not shopped for a computer in many years. Our last computer ran windows XP. We have four children, ages 7, 9, 11, and 13. The older children needed an upgrade soon anyway. We were surprised that such a compact system could replace our old tower, speakers, and monitor. For the first time ever, our family has cutting edge technology. We are very happy with our HP Pavilion all in one, and have already bragged about it to our friends.

On the out side this computer appears to be sleek and glossy. The screen displays a very nice picture however... The AMD E1 processor is the biggest waste of time EVER. Why would a company even put a processor like that in a computer?!?!? You cant play any type of game on it including games from Facebook. This computer is only viable to check e-mail and read the news, that is it. If you want to watch a video on it make sure you have everything turned off first otherwise you will enjoy a ton of lag and jumpy video. After killing all the extra processes and dumping all the bloatware that comes with the computer I still have the same problems. If this computer had a better processor in it, it would be fine, however putting the lowest processor available on the market in this computer was the second mistake... the first was me buying it...

I love my new HP 20 all in one computer with windows 8. I love the start up menu with instant apps. I love how I can click the app. mail and boom I am in and done. I also like how easy windows8 is to use I heard it is harder and more complex but, I find it easier to use and operate. I love how I can use the cd-rom and worry about having the cords get in the way of it closing sense it is built right in to the screen. I amazed how quick the set up was just turn the screen and plug in then turn on. I am very happy with my decision.

  The version Microsoft Office included with new computers is typically a trial version unless otherwise noted. If it was included with your PC you will find a card with the 25 digit product key. HP's website does not show that Microsoft Office is included with the PC.
